In the preparation
Tagiri bulb

Let's get started
Get some Tagiri bulb
Peel off the green back, chop into little bits
Measure water that is about the same weight as the cut Tagiri
For instance if the Tagiri weighs 500g get an equal litre of water (500g)
Pour the cut Tagiri into a bucket,add the measured water too.
Cover it with a breathable mesh/cheese cloth, use rubber band to hold it.
Nb: It takes 7 days for the fermentation to occur.Allow solution in a cool dark room undisturbed for 7 days.
